Buell Cyclone 2001 - Fantastic bike with a few personal touches.
The tank has been professionally resprayed and I thought a couple of 'Motorhead' decals would look good. These are easily removeable, and will not leave an imprint on the tank. Been on about a month. Up to you if you want the original orange Buell decals which are still available.
So the paintwork is fantastic, and well above average for a bike of this year. The frame is flawless, with only a tiny bit of chipping on the sidestand at the bottom.
As you can see, the desirable Performance Machine alloy wheels are fitted, an expensive option that sets the bike off nicely.
Brand new rear tyre with less than 100 miles on it. Still has the 'hairs' on it. Front ok for now. Brakes pads fine.
With just 14700 miles the bike has had an easy life. 3 previous owners in 15 years. Not been banded about. The engine fires up first time and needs nothing. No knocking, rattling, whining, etc and fuels great throughout the rev range without hiccups.
Gearbox and clutch also have no issues. Perfect. Polished alloy heads, and special spark plugs that you can see the spark in a glass tube!
Notice the Pro Race Series Exhaust. V expensive. So is the Pro Race Carbon Fibre carb filter.
All electrics work, battery holds the charge, and it comes with two sets of keys.
Has had recent oil and filter, so good for the year.
Suspension is fully adjustable at the rear, with damping adjustment at the front. Belt undamaged, and these bikes have hydraulic valves, so they never need resetting.
Both front and rear paddock stands are included.
Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
Jez.
I have the standard mirrors, one cracked, a spare pair of rocker covers
and a few bits and bobs.
£4250
On Ebay.

Apart from the tank decals which are frankly fucking awful! That's a lovely bike, what a shame to sell it. Good luck anyway.

Well it would take less than 2 mins to remove them. Each to their own and thank god we're all different.

Indeed, a shame to sell, but good luck. A nice buy for someone.
