Cactus, motojohn and a.n.other, you have pm.
Please note, as previously mentioned, that the K&N RC-3680 filter is for carbed bikes as it doesn't have the facility for the IAT sensor that the Fi on the X1 needs.
The RC-3680DK sock fits the RC-3680 filter (no kiddin'!) and will fit the Force Fi filter if it shares its dimensions.

No, we all call it by its correct name, which is an IAT (inlet air temperature) Sensor. lOl
The Buell doesn't have a MAF Sensor.

Just discovered that one of my suppliers is an agent for K&N and can supply me the Forcewinder type Air Filters and DrySocks at around half the K&N RRP... eg S1/M2 (carb) filter for around £20 and Sock for around £10.
I'll happily supply these at cost (+P&P) if anyone is interested.

Right, settle down, bit of a game changer...
a) It transpires that the guy I dealt with was selling these to me at their absolute cost price, not even including shipping costs, let alone a margin.
b) He no longer works there :shut:
Facts a) and b) might be connected... :rotfl:
So well done those who have bought these from me in the past at £16+ for the filter and £8+ for the sock.... but sorry, those days are gone.
The prices to me now are £21+ for RC-3680 and £13+ for RC-3680DK. Plus postage to yours.
This is still a bargain vs. the RRP of £40.08+ and £20.50+ respectively, just not as good as it was...
Form an orderly queue if you're still interested.
