Rain doesn't bother me in the slightest,it's all about wearing the right kit ;)

Yeh but it also means you can't go as fast, have to be more careful, and needs loads more cleaning, of the awkward bits. (not in my pants!)

:old: when i used to race i always finished higher up the grid in the wet , so no problem going quickly in the wet , or i just didnt slow down as much as some ;)

bike are such a pain to clean :headbang: tank , seat ,all the plastics off to get to everywhere .
friend once said to me that bikes are for pleasure ,and I no longer get pleasure from riding in the wet

You may have been better than the rest in the wet, but im sure your wet time was still slower than your dry time.

The point your trying to make is shit, if you don't ride in the wet then don't.
For everyone else I have a fantastic suit for sale for riding in the rain (or sun).

I have spent years riding in Navy foul weather gear, Frank Thomas gear and Furygan which all keep you dry for a while but I finally bought Rukka, now that I don't have the need or the urge to go out so often in the rain. Saying that I'm out tomorrow and it looks iffy. It willl no doubt last my riding days as long as I don't keep putting on weight.
Yours Andy has the bonus of having that used patina that stops you looking like a rich newbie. :D

The only gear I'd consider these days is Rukka or the Halvarssons group stuff. I'm sure other good stuff is out there too.

If I didn't already have some I'd snap this up. :old:

Can't go wrong with a Rukka. My SRO and Armas have been flawless and I've never been wet with a drop in any of the hurricane fallout I get a handful of time a year. More than a fair price. What a knob offering 150.
